An informative read about sleep generally but did focus on how not sleeping enough will kill us all—a discouraging emphasis. I would also have loved more info on CBT-i and how sleep impacts the neurodiverse. I was also concerned by some of the casual hypotheses mentioned that implied that fat people exist due to poor sleep and that much of the neurodiversity we see in children could be a lack of sleep.
