why did I avoid this book for so long?! like I am officially in my cowgirl era and I love it.
summer was so lovely & relatable — always doing everything in her power to make everyone else happy and putting that above herself. she was ride or die for her loved ones, especially her dad. loved kit so much and their relationship reminded me so much of my dad. it was beautiful.
rhett was a hot, bad boy bull rider with a not so great reputation. this caused summers dad (his agent) to practically make summer his babysitter. well she made sure to keep a very close eye on him & when I tell you I loved them together and the way he would throw out commands, holy shit.
“Put them on, then you can thank me on your knees.”
the amount of internal screams i let out reading some of these scenes……
