An incredible book through and through. Ed Catmull’s emphasis on people and fostering an amazing community of people resonates really well with me. All the talk of a culture with accountability, creativity, honesty, authenticity, risk taking etc. Pixar has done some incredibly things and while I always admired their culture, I have a deeper appreciation for it seeing just how it was made, implemented and shaped over the years.
