Phenomenal book! I would encourage everyone to read it and have added it to my students coursework on the psychology of stress management. It provides a refreshing mindset shift on how we look at stress in our personal lives and in society as a whole. She provides research that supports how stress can, and does, benefit us in many ways and practical activities that promote this shift in thought. Although it references many different research studies across the country it doesn't read like a research journal and is stimulating and surprising at times.
