The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life, One Night at a Time by Arianna Huffington

3.0

Barely 3 stars. Wished the author had narrated it herself but alas. She picked a lady with a weird accent to narrate the book. It was actually pretty distracting.

If you want to learn more about sleep then [b:Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams|34466963|Why We Sleep Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams|Matthew Walker|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1556604137l/34466963._SY75_.jpg|55587034] was much better. But she did talk about Inception so that was a plus.

Notes:

If you're driving on the highway at 60MPH and close your eyes for 4 seconds, your car will have traveled the length of a football field. I love doing this while I bike or drive.

We yawn when we anticipate something happening. That makes sense why I get tired before games and events.

The two purposes of dreams are to solve problems in a dreamer's everyday life and to help dreamers be less consumed by their worldly problems so they can connect with a spiritual dimension in a higher reality.
