I found the information in this book to be very compelling and, although I am a self-proclaimed sleep hater, I do feel a little more motivated to prioritize my sleep better after finishing it. 

At times Walker makes large and semi-vague claims that I'm not fully convinced are actually backed by solid evidence, but even if some of the evidence is miniscule, there seems to be enough of it to at least show that good sleep is more complex and vital than most of the world gives it credit for. I will definitely be taking some of his suggestions on how to improve sleep to heart!!
