Marquez writes beautifully, so all of these stories were fun to read! Many of these stories, however, lacked the interesting plot lines that make his novels so amazing. That being said, I found a number of them to be really entertaining, so I can't say I didn't enjoy reading this collection of odd (and often disturbing) reads.
