This book is heavy and the information is fast and furious in the delivery. I often started it then stopped because it was a lot of info to take in. As someone who has anxiety, I found some of the information really hit home while other information didn't apply as much. I do feel I got something from it and would recommend to others to read. The real work it what happens after though.
