I bought this book a while ago and never really read it. But now that I've read it I enjoyed the book and actually found it helpful. There's definitely things I will take from it. It's simple but profound and a good reminder of what's important - to relax, rest and care for ourselves during busy /stressful times. I found it best for me to read it all in one sitting and I can go back when I need to but others might find it beneficial to dip in and out of it.
