If you're looking on a non-biased take on meditation and Buddhism, tempered with a healthy dose of skepticism and even scientific results on the "mindful" mindset, search no further! Unlike other self-help books, this held my attention from beginning to end, and it was charming to see Dan Harris's harrowing journey into meditation. After trying it myself, I can say that, as a long-time insomniac, meditating has helped calm my mind before bed. I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in years!

A short book that's definitely worth your time, 10% Happier delivers exactly what it promises. I certainly feel 10% happier than I did before I bought it!
