This book is everything & I’m so grateful to have found it. It’s representation of mental health was so raw & I felt so incredibly seen. I picked it up and read it with just a few short breaks in between. The way it portrays queerness is so validating & refreshing. I relate to Gilda on so many levels. The authors writing style is so addicting and easy to follow. It’s simple yet  still filled with beautiful metaphors & thought provoking insights. It explores existential themes & highlights something I commonly find myself thinking about; the ‘insignificance’ of humanity in the vastness of the universe. I loved this book and it’s quite possibly my all time favourite.
