I devoured this exceptionally fun book in a few of evenings, always in large meaty chunks that ended only when I had to get on with other (less important) things.
Reputation is everything I could have hoped to read: a hilarious regency romance with modern sensibilities. Lex’s characters feel like young adults you know, and love, and hate; but they don’t feel like they are relegated to the curiosity cupboards of history. They are vital and alive, even as they are period-appropriate and (for the most part) historically accurate.
Anyway, I hope Lex writes a dozen more books. I’ve been a fan of their ~content for over a decade, and with Reputation on my shelf, now I’m a solidified fan for life.
