I’m a little torn about this book man. I was really excited to read a book about Nannerl and Wolfgang Mozart, but idk this book just didn’t do it for me. Don’t get me wrong I was hooked in the beginning, but the pacing was wayyyyy too slow at times and there was all this unnecessary fluff that made it hard to read. I also thought the transitions between the real world and the kingdom of back either didn’t make sense or would just happen out of nowhere. The most action that happened in the book was in the final 15 pages. It just felt really drawn out. It felt like the world was underdeveloped. As readers, we kept going to the same locations and it was getting annoying.

I did enjoy the relationship between Nannerl and her brother (sometimes he did really piss me off). ALSO screw the dad and mom they were also annoying.
