Oh my God, this book. I am an extreme body horror fan and this was *chefs kiss* perfect. The characters were great, especially Benji the protagonist, and I loved the small breaks in narrative. The story was concise and kept me interested all the way through and dealt with the social and religious aspects in the same vein as the horror. Fucking terrifying and fitting to the society we live in now. Read this book.
