This book is one I’ve seen but never picked up. I borrowed it as part of the library unlimited copies and I’m so glad I did. I am strongly considering purchasing a copy for myself as well. It is so interesting to me to hear about the cascade of problems that can happen as a result of trauma. It is also interesting to hear alternate definitions of common terms, such as trauma or anxiety. It puts things into a different perspective.
