Managing Humans: Biting and Humorous Tales of a Software Engineering Manager by Michael Lopp
Did not finish book.

I read this book back when it first came out and thought it was great at the time. But revisiting it now (2nd edition), I can't get through it. Are there still some gems of advice? Maybe. But it's hard to get past the antagonistic tone and underlying sexism (all engineers and engineering managers use he/him pronouns, I guess?) that popped up immediately for me. I'd rather spend my time on something more worthwhile.
