Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov
Did not finish book. Stopped at 67%.

Idk I felt some kind of awkwardness reading it. It's a challenge to continue reading this far lol. Not at all my type of a read.

I like how it's narrated unanimously like a historic text than with multiple fictional povs and world-building. It may not excite many but it did excite me.

There seems some gaps within the plot. The thing about Murakami books is the style. The flow of words regardless that its a translation. And the characters as well but with the obscurity everywhere is somewhat difficult to grasp for me.

The narration is modern in sense that the character has been passing through millenias. There's conflict to trust who and who not by the end. I'd have preferred the perspective of either Penelope or her maids; not both together
