Green but for a Season completely surpassed all my expectations. I mean this is C.S. Pacat, so I KNEW it was going to be good, but it was GLORIOUS! More than a story about Jord and Aimeric,

I found it to be a story about Jord and Laurent. LAURENT!!! How could I not love every single second of it? I love seeing that beautiful mind work and I LOVED seeing Damen and Laurent through Jord, an external eye... it was just so beautiful.
I miss my Princes.

Not being the biggest Adam fan, I was already not looking forward to reading a 60 page novella in his perspective. What made matters even worse is that the first 40 pages of this novella were identical to things I had already read in Unravel Me. The last pages, on the other hand, gives us some insight on the Reestablishment that we weren't able to see in Juliette's perspective that will probably be important in the plot of the final book.
