When Swallow Your Fear came out last year, I was OBSESSED and have been looking forward to McKenna and Austin’s book ever since! Y’all, this book did not disappoint!

Never Fear picks up shortly where Swallow Your Fear leaves off. When McKenna receives a threatening note, Austin takes it upon himself to keep her safe by stalking her, watching her every move. As McKenna starts to spend more time with Austin, it becomes evident that there is something between the two of them. But when the threats starts to worsen? Austin will stop at nothing to protect her.

I loved the dynamic between the two of them. The sass? The banter? The tension? I. Ate. It. Up. I thought Booker was protective, but Austin? He took it to a whole new level and talk about a man obsessed. He is a masked golden retriever who takes touch her and d!e very seriously if you know what I mean. And the spice? It was goood 😮‍💨. I also loved the suspense element of this book and I cannot wait to see where it takes us with Henley’s book.

This was a quick, fun and spicy read. While it can be read as a standalone, I highly suggest reading Swallow Your Fear first (and trust me, you won’t regret it because not only is it so good, but hot 🥵).

Thank you so much to Karley for an eARC 🖤

Recently fired and down on her luck, Ellie finds herself returning to her hometown of Harvest Hallow and agreeing to help with their annual Autumn Festival. The last thing she expects? To show up to her parents cozy inn and find out that she will be stuck sharing the attic with Aiden, her childhood friend who she hasn’t seen since she left town. Together, they must work to save their family’s inn and, just maybe, fall in love along the way.

The Honeycrisp Orchard Inn is perfect for those looking for a cozy, small town romance filled with all the fall vibes. It had me reminiscent of Gilmore Girls and a Hallmark movie, with a dash of spice. I loved the setting and atmosphere the author created in the town of Harvest Hallow. It made me want to jump right into the pages and wander the town’s streets in the crisp weather while enjoying one of the delicious autumn treats. The banter was fun and I love the forced proximity between Ellie and Aiden, from having to share the attic space to working together on trying to save the inn. With fall just around the corner, this was a perfect read to get ready for the season!

Thank you so much to Harper Voyager | Avon for the eGalley 💕

If there is one thing about an Emily Henry book, it’s that it’s going to make you feel all the feelings and boy did I. Which, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting going into this one. However, I found myself bawling in my car in the middle of traffic on my commute home from work. I’m sure the cars next to me thought there was something seriously wrong and it wasn’t me listening to confessions being made between Alex and Poppy in the last moments of this audiobook.

Ooh I loved this one you guys! Single dad? Forced proximity? Grumpy x sunshine? Yeah, I knew this one was going to be a good read. What I didn’t expect? For it to make me so emotional. My heart broke so much with Rafa and Nico’s relationship. They were trying so hard to be strong for one another and by doing so, they were hurting each other. And Ellie? I loved her. The patience she had with Nico and the bond they shared was precious. Then we have Ellie and Rafa’s relationship. I loved the chemistry between these two. They were such a slow burn and the banter was great. I also really loved their growth and how vulnerable they got with each other.

The only thing keeping me from giving this one a full five stars is how long it was.

So many bookish friends recommended the audiobook of Till Summer Do Us Part and for a good reason! This was such a fun listen and I devoured it. Narrated in duet by Erin Mallon, Teddy Hamilton, and Stephen Dexter, it was so engaging and the banter was amazing!  It had me laughing out loud at so many parts and I just couldn’t get enough. It gave all the summer vibes and I loved the summer camp setting. I mean helloooo one bed AND one tent/sleeping bag? I love me some forced proximity and there was A LOT of it with these two. Also, Scottie and Wilder’s unhinged therapy sessions? Their cabin?! The spice?! It was all too good.

I remember reading Divine Rivals and falling in love with the magical world Rebecca created, so I have been beyond excited to venture back. While this book is a prequel to the Letters of Enchantment duology, it can be read as a standalone.

Once again, I was immersed in this world and was truly captivated by this story. I loved getting to know the realm of the gods and goddesses, the Underlings and Skywards. The writing was transcendent, filled with lore and so much emotional depth. I felt every single emotion and found myself crying for these characters. Matilda and Vincent? Gods, they were perfection. From how they met, their chemistry and the slow burn between them, I loved every second of it. And don’t even get me started on the yearning. If you’re looking for a man who yearns deeply, Vincent is that man. The longing between him and Matilda was just *chef’s kiss*.

I also loved, and was absolutely wrecked by, the relationship between Matilda and Bade. A young goddess and the god of war, who is known to be brutal. The day they first met was the day she was born. When asked what he would name her if she was his daughter, he said Matilda which means mighty in battle. Little did he know how fitting that name would be and that while Bade was not her father by blood, he became a father figure to Matilda. He guided, protected, and loved her in a way no one else ever had and in a way that only Matilda understood.

This is definitely a must read, whether you’ve read Divine Rivals/Ruthless Vows or not.

Thank you so so much to SMP for an eGalley in exchange for a honest review ❤️

First and foremost, a thousand forehead kisses to Kensington for blessing me with this arc! I will be forever be thankful 🫶

I can’t believe we have reached the end of the Crimson Ridge series, but ending it with Kayce and Raine’s story was perfect. At the very beginning of this series, we’re were introduced to Kayce Wilder as Layla’s loser ex boyfriend. What we didn’t know was all the trauma he’s kept bottled up and how much he’s truly been suffering. However, he’s been working on getting his life back together by quitting alcohol and mending his relationships with those around him while also trying to come to terms with his sexuality.

Enter Raine: the broody and grumpy cowboy who’s recently arrived in town for a job. And he also happens to be Kayce’s stepbrother that he hasn’t seen in years. It’s a surprise to them both when they run into each other and from there, you can feel how much they despise one another. Their relationship really is a rivals to lovers/hate to love and Elliott did a phenomenal job. There was so much build up between these two. The angst? The tension? Kayce is so conflicted because while he is trying to hate Raine, he also can’t help his growing attraction to him. To the one man he absolutely shouldn’t be attracted to. Yet, there is this connection between them that is undeniable. And when they finally give in? 😮‍💨 Raine has a mouth on him and I am here for it.

As their relationship develops, we also start to see a different side of Raine. While he has this hard and grumpy exterior, he is soft for our sweet boy, Kayce. He cares so much for him and wants to help Kayce, but also knows when to take a step back. That Kayce needs to want to help himself and he can’t push him to do it.

I felt all the emotions for these two and adore their relationship. Kayce had so much growth and I absolutely loved seeing him finally get his HEA. I think it’s safe to say I will be continuously thinking about this book and I truly cannot recommend this one enough 🖤

Thank you so much again to Kensington Publishing for this arc!!

Twenty. That’s how many time loops Alira has suffered through. How many times she has been killed by the demon kingdom’s Blood Knight. That is, until she has finally had enough and things finally change after the twentieth time loop when she offers herself up to be married off. The demon she’s to marry? None other than the one who has slain her in every time loop, the Blood Knight.

“I wish it wasn’t you, little godling.”

This was my first read by K.M. Moronova and y’all, I DEVOURED this book in a day. Legit abandoned all adult responsibilities until I finished it, that’s how addicted I was. Right from the start, I was immediately sucked in to this world of demons and demigods. I found myself invested with Alira and her determination to change the outcome of her cursed time loop. It leading to her marrying the demon who has continuously unalived her? As an enemies to lovers fan, this is what dreams are made of. As for the Blood Knight himself, Kalel, I became just as invested. Who was this man and how did their fates become intertwined? Both are consumed by grief and guilt of their pasts and as the story progresses, we come to understand how they came to be.

“I’ll need to scent you frequently to get the tarnish off your skin and to make sure everyone knows you belong to me.”

The chemistry between Alira and Kalel was pure addiction. Kalel tries so hard to hate Alira, but the pull toward her is so strong that he can’t resist it. The yearning? The tension? So good. Kalel is also a demon who needs to survive off of gilded blood so you can just imagine how hot the blood-drinking was and don’t even get me started on the scenting 😮‍💨 And that ending? I need the next book like now please.
