First and foremost, a thousand forehead kisses to Kensington for blessing me with this arc! I will be forever be thankful 🫶

I can’t believe we have reached the end of the Crimson Ridge series, but ending it with Kayce and Raine’s story was perfect. At the very beginning of this series, we’re were introduced to Kayce Wilder as Layla’s loser ex boyfriend. What we didn’t know was all the trauma he’s kept bottled up and how much he’s truly been suffering. However, he’s been working on getting his life back together by quitting alcohol and mending his relationships with those around him while also trying to come to terms with his sexuality.

Enter Raine: the broody and grumpy cowboy who’s recently arrived in town for a job. And he also happens to be Kayce’s stepbrother that he hasn’t seen in years. It’s a surprise to them both when they run into each other and from there, you can feel how much they despise one another. Their relationship really is a rivals to lovers/hate to love and Elliott did a phenomenal job. There was so much build up between these two. The angst? The tension? Kayce is so conflicted because while he is trying to hate Raine, he also can’t help his growing attraction to him. To the one man he absolutely shouldn’t be attracted to. Yet, there is this connection between them that is undeniable. And when they finally give in? šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø Raine has a mouth on him and I am here for it.

As their relationship develops, we also start to see a different side of Raine. While he has this hard and grumpy exterior, he is soft for our sweet boy, Kayce. He cares so much for him and wants to help Kayce, but also knows when to take a step back. That Kayce needs to want to help himself and he can’t push him to do it.

I felt all the emotions for these two and adore their relationship. Kayce had so much growth and I absolutely loved seeing him finally get his HEA. I think it’s safe to say I will be continuously thinking about this book and I truly cannot recommend this one enough šŸ–¤

Twenty. That’s how many time loops Alira has suffered through. How many times she has been killed by the demon kingdom’s Blood Knight. That is, until she has finally had enough and things finally change after the twentieth time loop when she offers herself up to be married off. The demon she’s to marry? None other than the one who has slain her in every time loop, the Blood Knight.

ā€œI wish it wasn’t you, little godling.ā€

This was my first read by K.M. Moronova and y’all, I DEVOURED this book in a day. Legit abandoned all adult responsibilities until I finished it, that’s how addicted I was. Right from the start, I was immediately sucked in to this world of demons and demigods. I found myself invested with Alira and her determination to change the outcome of her cursed time loop. It leading to her marrying the demon who has continuously unalived her? As an enemies to lovers fan, this is what dreams are made of. As for the Blood Knight himself, Kalel, I became just as invested. Who was this man and how did their fates become intertwined? Both are consumed by grief and guilt of their pasts and as the story progresses, we come to understand how they came to be.

ā€œI’ll need to scent you frequently to get the tarnish off your skin and to make sure everyone knows you belong to me.ā€

The chemistry between Alira and Kalel was pure addiction. Kalel tries so hard to hate Alira, but the pull toward her is so strong that he can’t resist it. The yearning? The tension? So good. Kalel is also a demon who needs to survive off of gilded blood so you can just imagine how hot the blood-drinking was and don’t even get me started on the scenting šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø And that ending? I need the next book like now please.

You guys, Victoria Connolly and Brandon Francis? A match made in heaven. I remember loving For the Show when I first read an arc for it, but rereading it again with the audio? Holy crap did it take it to another level! The chemistry was already perfection between Millie and Ezra, but the fact that Victoria and Brandon had amazing chemistry as well in this duet narration just made it transcendent. Not to mention the tension and spice were amplified. I remembered it being spicy but damn. And those sweet and tender moments? I melted.

Thank you so much to Katie and PinUp Audio for the ALC šŸ’•

Talk about a wild ride! This book was unhinged fun and I enjoyed it so much! While I wouldn’t say it’s completely a dark Wizard of Oz retelling, there are a lot of parallels between the two that I loved seeing! This is fast paced filled with forced proximity, shifters, witches/wizards, time traveling, and enemies to (almost but not quite) lovers.

Now, for Winter and Wes? These two are angst and tension personified. I knew this was going to be a slowburn but damn. I NEED the next book and for these two to finally give in to each other because when they do? It is going to be so intense and worth the wait.

Thank you so much to the author for an eArc 🩷

TEDDY AND GUS FOREVERRRRRRR ā¤ļø

Before I even started this book, I had a feeling I was going to love Teddy and Gus’s story. And I did. SO MUCH!! I love a good ol’ hate to love and Lyla gave some goooood hate to love in this one. That tension? The banter? The spice? Hot damn it was good. I know I’ve heard ā€œSaddle up babyā€ before, but it has now been permanently ingrained into my brain thanks to Gus Ryder (and his mustache) and I will not be forgetting it anytime soon.

I also want to mention how much I adore Hank and Amos. These two men just make my heart so full. Then the relationship Teddy has with Hank? Gosh, it made me emotional.

Overall, this book made my heart happy and I absolutely loved it.

Okay, I had to take some time to think about this one, but overall, I thought this was an okay read. Quick, sweet, spicy and something fun. Cillian is a reformed, misunderstood bad boy and Rory is his new rugby coach’s daughter. Needless to say, there is tension between these two and it’s only amplified when Rory asks for Cillian’s help with dating in exchange for helping him win over the guys on the team. Of course, lessons in dating also leads to lessons in other areas and I love when we get lessons.

It has been a hot minute since the last time I picked up a YA book, but a dark dystopian with vampires?! I was intrigued. Once I started this though? I was immediately pulled in and became invested in these characters and their stories. There was action, humor, emotion and a true enemies to lovers. Also the banter between Ruby and X? Freaking loved it.

Thank you so much to Entangled Publishing for a copy!
