Ok, the banter was on point, and Amelia and Noah are adorable. A must-read rom-com!

The fall vibes were incredible in this short read! However, parts of the book felt rushed and some scenes left much to be desired. I'll still be giving the sequel a chance once it is released later this month!

A predictable but sweet rom-com!

A cute, quick summer YA read. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. Avery's character development was a redeeming quality, but like many YA novels the story felt very simple and leaves a bit to be desired.

I'm missing the hype on this one a little bit - it's sweet, and I definitely enjoyed the read, but it didn't stand out as being exceptional to me. I felt like it was missing something, and what exactly I'm not sure.

Predictable but cute YA read. Bonus points for the cover!

I bought this book because I loved Christina Lauren's "In A Holidaze", and let's be honest, it sounded hilarious. And it was! I was laughing out loud during the first few chapters and rooting for Olive and Ethan through the rest of the book.

I'm going to cut straight to it - this book sucked for me. It's a copy of The Summer I Turned Pretty with terrible execution...

Was it perfect? No. Were the characters perfect? No. Did I still love it? Yes! I was hooked from the start, and I did not want to put this one down. I wasn't sure what to expect since YA is hit or miss at 25+, but I did enjoy it. The puzzles were fun to watch Avery solve, especially as a reader who, like Avery, excelled at Physics in high school and has a brain wired to thrive with a challenge! I'll definitely read books #2 and #3 in the series (once it's released), and I'm hoping for fewer side romances between supporting characters, more development of all characters, and more focus on Avery's quest.
