I finished it in THREE days.....Just as good as the first book in this series.Maybe better than that. I don't know why most of the people rated it '1 star' in goodread. I'm SO impressed by these books. I can't stop reading them. There are many twists and turns in this particular book. Betrayals, new characters, more memories. It's just AWESOME.
There are no rules. There is no help. You either make it or you die.
This one was not set in a maze and not a full mysterynoval. This is more like an Action,Adventure,Apocalyptic,Dystopian novel. This book is extremely exciting. It feels like you are there with those characters and going through the same fear and tear as theirs. This book doesn't let you guess whether a character is good or bad. I bet you could hear your heart pounding against your ribs when going through mixed emotions. It's hard to rate which one is better - The Scorch Trials or The Maze Runner. The book sets a perfect stage for the final book. Pumped up to read the last book.
My rating: 8.5/10
Friendships will be tested. Loyalties will be broken. All bets are off.

The first manga I have ever read and the best manga, that is Orange.
Orange is a Japanese manga about a group of friends in 11th grade by Ichigo Takano. On the day that Naho begins 11th grade, she receives a letter from herself ten years in the future. At first, she writes it off as a prank, but as the letter’s predictions come true one by one, Naho realizes that the letter might be the real deal. Her future self tells Naho that a new transfer student, a boy named Kakeru, will soon join her class. The letter begs Naho to watch over him, saying that only Naho can save Kakeru from a terrible future. Who is this mystery boy, and can Naho save him from his destiny?
This manga will definitely pull on your heartstrings. The best part about this manga series is the phenomenal friendships. This book has one of the best circle of friends I've read about in year (the one I loved as much as the golden Trio). They constantly are showing their unconditional love and support to each other, and I loved reading there story.
This manga series is also important, because it lies around the topic of suicide. It brings up great points, especially for high school aged kids, about how sometimes when friends joke about death, they aren't really joking and they sometimes take them seriously.
As Iryna says in her review :there were many small details in the book which would resurface later and hit you right in the feels. Orange is a masterpiece, and I am praying in my heart that volume two is just as good.
I think this manga is a great entry point to the genre for anyone because it's modern, the art is really really cute, and the story-line is easy to follow yet still interesting and fun!
My rating: 9.5/ 10
“The orange juice was sweet, yet sour. The taste of sorrow.”

I love reading all types of books. And I don’t feel ashamed to say that I love children books.
City Spies is a great story about a group of children, all from different backgrounds that come together to fight evil. A touching, lovely, fun and light middle-grade book. Five kids from around the world have been recruited to form a top secret spy team at MI6 (which even most of Mi6 doesn't know about). The story focuses on the most recent recruit, Sara aka Brooklyn, a foster kid from New York with incredible computer and hacking skills. She joins up with Paris, Kat, Rio, and Sydney, who each have their own special talents. Their mission is to infiltrate a global youth environmental summit and stop the next attack from a global criminal organization.
James does an exquisite job of giving us a backstory of each child, and through the story we began to care for these characters and see how their individual backgrounds give them an edge in the spy world. I loved how everything from the past connected to the present. The introduction of each chapter was brilliant. As a third culture kid, I personally liked the different characters from all over the world. James did a great job with their accents. James Ponti’s City Spies #1 is an excellent start to an exciting mystery series that both kids and adults can enjoy.

This book won’t disappoint you. Picking up where "The Scorch Trials" left off, Thomas and his friends are being held in Wicked's headquarters. It was really a good book. Ummm, where to begin?
This series was such a fast paced, roller coaster filled with amazing twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat, and short of breath most of the time! But I don’t liked as much as I loved the first two books. (While I was reading the reviews of this books, I had seen a major spoiler and it ruined my reading experience. :( ). I loved that the chapters were short and generally left on cliff-hangers. Just like the other two books and thats a great way to keep you reading.
Overall I really liked this book series. Don’t compare this to my all time favourite hunger games. It is good. While Dashner's writing isn't beautiful, it possesses an exciting energy that sucks the reader in and doesn't let them go. The sheer suspense of the series kept me content despite other issues that arose. I haven’t read the prequels, waiting to read them. And I have watched the trailers of this series’s movie adaptations, and they looks really interesting(I think they are really different from the movies). I really loved the first and second books, and this was okay. It will be a good book for Hunger games lovers, but don't expect a book like Hunger Games. And If you haven’t read Hunger Games read this first and then read Hunger Games. Hunger Games is a bit higher than this book. Happy reading.

“I don't think there is a right or wrong anymore. Only horrible and not-quite-so-horrible.”
