I didn’t enjoy this as much as the first volume…I could see the cliffhanger coming a mile away and it infuriated me. That being said this was an interesting look into friendships and what it means to be “a man”. I can’t wait to read volume three!!

It’s funny and cute. What can I say? Don’t go into it looking for an analysis on toxic masculinity or whatever. It is guys wearing skirts, panties, and bras. However there is some really heartfelt moments, body positivity, and lovely friendships!!

4 * because it’s the first in the series. I love this manga so much, the art is amazing, but the story is even more so. It shows the “ugly” side to being LGBTQ. A lot of BL and GL have very idealised situations, and a lot of people are under the impression that Japan is really tolerant because of the rise in BL, but it’s actually not true. This is an accurate portrayal of being lgbt in the modern world, and while it’s not always happy, it’s always realistic.
