Currently, I would give this book 5 stars. I believe if literally read while -things are falling apart- 5 stars. Perhaps when it doesn’t hit so hard to your current life, 3.75 stars, still very good.

Very helpful in untangling a lot of what is wrapped into trauma. This book is specific to shock trauma but it was still very informative. More useful then body keeps the score in my opinion.
