Ellie and Wally have a small problem in their marriage since he is cursed to a vintage toy for a body. The Yard birds have other problems in this book to deal with. Shifters are being attacked but not sure who or what is doing it.  I love the humor and adventurous old ladies in this book.  I think this author is a good author with some fun ideas for books. Try this series and see what you think!

What an interesting mystery. I have not read any other books in the the series and I think it was fine for me. I figured out the story line but maybe it would've help a bit to read book 1. I enjoyed the dogs in this book and the relationship they had with the handlers. I am an animals lovers so this book was good in this way for me. The story was a little slow but I picked it up and enjoyed the book. It was interesting enough to keep me wanting to read more. Thank you to Kensington Books, and NetGalley, for the opportunity to read and review an ARC copy of Still Waters

This book lost my interest. I wanted to like it but I have had it on my shelf for a while now and I just can't continue the book. I have to say I am sad I couldn't get into this book. The summary made me want to read it but I lost it about 25% in. I may pick it up again some other time and give it another go and if so I will update my review if I change my mind. But for now, I could not finish it.

Even though this book is the second one in the series, I did not read the first one and I still understood the story. I did not have any problems picking up the book and enjoying it. A child goes missing and this puts everyone on edge. There are so many twists and turns in this book I thought I had it figured out and then something else would twist or turn. I really liked following journalist Heloise Kaldan through this story. I have not read anything from this author previously. I enjoyed how the author tells the story. *This book was given to me for free at my request from NetGalley and I provided this voluntary review. * 5/5 Stars

I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would.  At first I couldn't understand why any girl would want to be a chosen but as the story went on I got it.  I think Blake and Ryat were a great match.  Ryat's whole world for 3 years is the LORDS but once he gets a chance to pick a chosen the story changes.  He changes and the unexpected happens.  I know this book is a series so I think I will see what happens next.  This is a new author for me and so far I really like Shantel Tessier. Great job on an interesting book!

This was a great book.  I read it on vacation.  Clara Gardner is a quarter angel and she has a purpose she must pursue.  Can she complete her purpose? I enjoyed this book and it was a fun read.

I love this series.  I am glad the author has left room for more books.  I can't wait to see more adventures with Ella and all her friends.  This book has many great parts in it and proves how friends can help you out when they are most needed.  Eli is a great guardian angel and he is nice on the eyes too.  I really hope this book series and Mattie's series gets picked up and made into a group of great movies or I could see a great season or several seasons of TV shows.  I would love to see all the these wonderful books with Ella and Mattie come to the screen big or small.  I would love to play a role in these books and I have no acting experience.  lol   Thank you to Apryl Baker for continuing to write such wonderful books!

So, what a great ending to a series. I hope this author writes more of these books. I love this series so much. I really enjoyed Bree and all her friends. These books have action, mystery, romance, magic and everything in between in them. The supernatural elements was the cream on the cake for me. I enjoyed following along on all the adventures and I hope to join again soon.

This book could be true to our future.  The government passes a law that all people get an implant in their arm, to control them.  This book was scary a bit for me and exciting as well.  I was concerned for Brooklyn and her friends safety.  What would it be like to wake up from a coma to a world where the government is controlling people this way?   I liked this book and since Anne is a new author for me, I will see what else she writes.

Flo, Ida, Joan and Ellie are a coven. They are not as young as they once were, but they try to stay active. This book was full of humor, action and the best part magic and supernaturals. I enjoyed getting to know the coven and their friends. The ladies are a fun bunch. I am excited to read the next book in this series and see what these friends are up to in the next adventure. Witches with creaks, groans and cracking joints, from being in their golden years, makes this series a fun read.
