Will definitely check out more of Brandon Sanderson's novels. This was amazing!
I enjoy David Mitchell's humor immensely and to be fair I picked up this audiobook with the expectation that it would be as funny as his sketches and shows. I don't know why I had this expectation, autobiographies are rarely as funny as a well thought-out intentionally funny sketches but nevertheless there were parts were I lost it and burst out laughing.
The chapter before the last were he talks about his love for (the now) Victoria Coren Mitchell was heart warming and adorable. I don't put much weight on romantics in general but this chapter had me relating very easily.
But I was already a fan of David Mitchell and I doubt anyone who is not would enjoy or even find this book.

This novel reads like a movie script and I think that listening to the audiobook instead of reading it made it all the more creepier. It is gripping and, at the right moments, makes your hair stand on end. Loved it.
This was a great little journey to ancient greece. I learned a lot about what was happening at the time and was surprised by some of the things that are still practiced today. For example, the modern court proceedings like jurors deciding the verdict and cross-examining the witnesses are all things that was practiced by Athenians in Athens just they're today all over the world.
I also enjoyed reading Socrates' cross-examination of his students and it was occasionally amusing to hear his faulty beliefs about the world like what the shape of the earth is or what fire is.
This quite an interesting read.

This book was both a joy and a bit of a downer at the same time. Not only was it written in very simple language understandable by all, the author used popular works like Frankenstein, Greek Mythology and event The Matrix movies to illustrate his point which made it all the more enjoyable.
It is an enlightening book that is also entertaining and simple. What more could I ask for?

Is it bad that I enjoyed the author's comments at the end of the book more that the book itself? Anyway, it was a superb story about censorship and Ray's writings style creates vivid imagery that is extremely enjoyable.
