Please let it go well for her!!
I love this series so much, I adored the new characters and love that it's touching so many topics that we need to explore and talk about. The kids are the absolute cutest and I can't wait to see how this goes!
Was laughing out loud, squealing, smiling, it's just the best.

4 stars because I don't remember the first half and picked it up again after a break. Enjoyed the second half. Aaron and kenji as always >>> but now nazeera too. Love them. Juliet is still annoying.

The first page was absolutely stunning, I loved loved loved how it was written. But then the first half of the book was so slow, sprinkle in the age gap between her and the guy she was crushing on and it was hard to get through. I know it was intentional, to reflect how the character approaches life, how she feels disconnected and how boring her life is. Maybe I couldn't connect with that feeling, but it felt a little too boring. And age gaps give me the ick.

But, the later half of the book was so much better, it also flowed more and I found more of the beautiful writing I fell in love with on page one. Though the romance arc seemed to be moved on from too quickly, it was otherwise wrapped up well with a lyrical ending.

I thought Fuyuko was a little too different from me but interesting. I loved Hijiri so much. Mitsutsuka was a weird and flat character.

I think I might give another one of her books a try, but maybe I won't expect a love story.

Not as good as cruel prince, kinda saw the twist coming but appreciated the ending. The plot was just lacking in this one Ithink, but did like the characters (the majority of the time) and found it a decent read. read the next one!

think Jenny has a beautiful way of making her books just so comforting and sweet. like the plot enough (I watched the show too) but just find belly a little annoying and dont think the love triangles are done as great as they could have been. still enjoyed it though, it's good just not great, and will be reading the second book!

I picked up the book with high expectations, maybe that's why it felt like it was lacking. teenage friendship, and there were some really beautiful it tried to be. It just seemed to make light of something that The book is a sweet exploration of human emotions and lines. That being said, however, the premise of the book didn't sit too well with me. It wasn't true to life, and even though the author says they acknowledge this, it seemed like could have been explored better. The ending was also a bit random and dramatic? Even though it was an alright book, and enjoyed moments, it just didn't meet my expectations. It just had so so so much potential, I'm sad it fell a little flat.

sleep or die, that's what it's saying basically. And you know what, yes. I loved that it highlighted how important sleep was and put it well, it also elaborated on things in an easy yet infornmative way. The only thing is that it was lacking a little depth in certain places, such as i would have preferred if it gave some more information on CBT for sleep and insomnia, and a few more take aways for how to implement these techniques.
