Would’ve given this 5 stars if she used quotations. The writing and story were so so beautiful and I could reread this over and over again. Marianne and connell’s story was stunning

It took me 3 days to read this book, just because it was so confusing. I am not really into supernatural type mystery books, and this was exactly that. I was following the story pretty well until it introduced the birds and the third wing and whatnot.

I liked the plot of the book and I am a sucker for the sunshine guy trope. I didn't like how selfish and self-centered and how absorbed Silas was with himself though. Like he is so used to getting everything he wants, which made me dislike him a little bit throughout the book, but I'm glad that got addresses with that random "therapy-esque" session he had with Blaire. I liked Maggie's character generally, but my favorite was totally Cody.

Lowkey the cringest book ever; it felt straight out of a wattpad book. It was still cut and stuff but the language was so so cringe and very middle school
