Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch by Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett
1.25
I wish I loved this book so much, because the fandom is amazing and I love y’all dearly.
But I have no idea what happened in this book.
I read it mostly so I could watch the tv show with background context, but it’ll probably be like going in blind.
I did like the humor in this book. That was nice, so it gets an extra quarter star :)

Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
1.0
Because it’s a classic, and I spent a lot of time reading it, I wish I could’ve rated it higher. It flowed okay, but I just never had a point where I was like “ooh, this is getting better.” It stayed very similar in stakes and interest level the entire time, and while I could pick out certain parts of the book where I moderately remember what happened, I could not tell you what the plot itself was, because I could not find any.
My goal was to read a classic this year, and I certainly did that, but unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience. All I can say now is that I’ve finally read Little Women.

City of Nightmares by Rebecca Schaeffer

I didn’t love it as much as the Market of Monsters trilogy, but really who could beat that
It felt like the same characters just a different font, which was okay but I didn’t get as emotionally attached to these characters because if it
Good storyline for sure, but I needed more from the characters themselves

Kit is treating her RIGHT
additionally, when I picked up the book I wasn’t expecting the politics and mystery aspect, and was very thrilled to discover that

Girl Crush by Rori K. Pierce
Did not finish book. Stopped at 20%.

Honestly I just don’t think it was the right time for me, and I also felt it was a more cheesy romance than the kind of romances I usually like to read
Pet Sematary by Stephen King
4.5
I’ve never been so horrified and concerned for a main character in my life
I knew what was coming, I knew it was going to happen, but oml
I don’t ever read this genre but maybe I should more often because that was WILD

Allegiant by Veronica Roth
4.0
It wasn't as good as the first book, and there wasn't nearly as much action as the first or second either. It was good, but not as good as either of the others. I still recommend it though because the ending was shocking and I wanted to stab someone when I finished it.

As far as sapphic romances go, it’s nothing special, but BOY WAS IT GOOD
If you’re looking for a quick easy sapphic romance this is a fantastic book, and I definitely think there are a couple good lessons relating to coming out in relationships
A forgettable book, but like, in the most complementary way possible

There Will Come a Darkness by Katy Rose Pool

I love Katy Rose Pool’s books sm, of course I’ve only read Garden of the Cursed but clearly that was amazing and so is this
I will admit though I need Anton and Jude to kiss already I’ve been chanting “kiss” for the entire second half of the book. I called Jude being in love with Hector though and I was DEVASTATED when Hector died, even though he kinda sucked.
Read this book, and now I just need to finish the rest of the trilogy
