That ending was definitely not what I was expecting, even into the last sentence I thought I would take a different direction. It’s a book with a great unexpected cliffhanger at the end (not too bad but a good one). Overall really enjoyed this book, listened to it in a day.

I really like the world of the book and the story line but I read it purely as an entertaining book. A lot of the dialogue is cringy and it is definitely written as if its meant for a bit of a younger age group. However, I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a fun read that surrounds you in the world.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
I really really wanted to like this book and I think that if I had started it at a different time I would have probably gotten through it but it was not what I needed right now. I would definitely recommend this book to a lot of people, I found the world intriguing and I wanted to spend more time in the world but it is not what I find myself wanting to spend time on right now unfortunately.

This is a book that I have had on my shelf for a long time but never took the time to really look at. Picked it up today and read it in a single sitting.

It was a beautiful and very creatively inspiring book but not what I tend to look for in what I read. I also had trouble reading parts of the writing because of how condensed the text is (it is handwritten). I would recommend this to artists, people who journal and people that need some creative inspiration but not to anyone looking for a "story" through the sketchbook.
