3.5

Really funny book overall, with quite a bit of laugh-out-loud moments, and I loved the logic they extruded, but parts of it left me yearning for a better book that felt more like a true mockery of a gospel text instead of the meta take on It, with the rebuttals, analysis, and others feeling unesseary and dragging the pace down.

As a fellow lefty soy boy like Ted Rall, I can say that despite agreeing with him politically he is somehow one of the most annoying and infuriating people out there.

This novel is no exemption. Extremely lazy, says nothing, and left nothing on me.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 43%.
Unremarkable and uninterested in a very absurd plot that originally drew me in

Unique interesting premise that suffers from plot hole issues and people just being stupid. I was kept engaged the whole way thorugh, however
