I thought this part was a bit slow and wanted a bit more pace. But I admit that that is normal for the middle of a book. I loved all the characters but I am done listening Feyre speak about painting... just .. pick up a brush! We get it.

I loved everything about this book and finished it in two days. It had me laughing, crying and swooning. While it had some editing mistakes and I can't handle the word Pivot anymore.. overall it is the reason I got back into fantasy again and am now in love with every Shadow Daddy I encounter in books. Amazing read! 11/10 would recommend.

I have read this book in 3 days after finishing Fourth Wing in two days. I LOVED this book. I loved everything about it. I loved the fast pacing. I loved the fact that the relationship between the MMC and FMC is pretty on point for them being 22 and 23 years old. I love the snarkyness of the dragons. I had such a major book hangover after this book that I read them both again instantly. This book is a wild ride but I can't wait for book 3. Oh and it has a cliffhanger so if you can't handle that. Wait until the series is completed.

There are some editing mistakes and lore inconsistencies caused by what I assume was the writing and editing pace. It didn't bother me.
