The Chemist by Stephenie Meyer

At first, I had small trouble of knowing what job that the she has. Is she an agent? A doctor? And what is her name? As the story is building, I got a grip and falls through flawlessly into the story.

It is heart thumping from the very beginning when she had to drive around for hours just to get home because she is afraid of being followed and murdered.

Some parts are kinda draggy but I love the action part and ship her and Daniel! They are so adorable together. But Daniel's twin is a narcissist. He strive to better and perfect, exprect compliments and self-centered.

Along the way of their mission, some unexpected events turn up. It is a good plot twist! My favourite scene is when the Bat Cave is under attack. How insanely well trained the dog are especially Einstein!

This book is beyond doubt needed to be adapted as a movie. I would really love to watch it. Not sure why there is so many harsh reviews here though. I don't think the storyline is generic. I just love it!

I love the celestial theme, it is brilliant, but I am not quite sure why I am giving this a 3⭐ when I dont like any particular poems genuinely. I think its more of a 2.5⭐ for me. She is good with words. She crafted the words like arts but half of them is hard to feel and understand. Though that is one thing about poems that you sometimes don't really have to understand the meaning behind it but to atleast feel it. I might just re-read this and have second thought about it.

Quentin Jacobsen has spent a lifetime loving the magnificently adventurous Margo Roth Spiegelman from afar which is such a waste of a lifetime. You only live once! Why the bitchy-ass-emo-selfcentered Margo?

More of a 2.5⭐ read for me. Hassan should have his own book. Maybe a saga?

Not sure who I hated the most. Margo from Paper Towns or Alaska from obviously looking for alaska. Alaska's depressed self bothers me a lot. Thank God there is Colonel. Because of him, the story is better.

I think John Green style of writing is creating protagonist that lure hatred, but have funny bestfriends

I hated Hollis for not trusting that love is pure and eventhough you don't share the same blood, when people think of you as a family, you are a family. You just have to believe that genuine love does exist and not all love need to be reciprocate. You don't necessarily need to do something for the other person as a sign of love, just be there, be together.

I love all the characters except Hollis, right to the end. Thank God this is a short story or I'll be clenching me teeth for days reading about Hollis. The end makes my heart swell with that bundle of happiness. Everybody is happy and very much belonged.

If you need a read to go out of a reading slump, then this is definitely for you because it is a short story (100+ pages), easy to read and just the story is just nice.
Hadiah Buat Anak: Impian Satu Doa by Muhd Kamil Ibrahim

Pertama kali membaca penulisan Muhd Kamil Ibrahim hati saya terus terpancing untuk mencuba buku-buku beliau yang lain. Sebelum ini saya sudahpun membaca buku isteri beliau, Roza Roslan yang bertajuk Travelog Cinta Abadi. Ianya turut membuatkan saya jatuh cinta.

One of my favourite fairy tales of all time. My heart is fond with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz since I was little but never had a chance to read the book because the movie is usually as good. There are re-tellings of this story but the original one is just perfect the way it is.

I love the strong sense of friendship and kindness. I always got invested in the adventures they had. It took me only a few hours in a day to read this as it is a very thin book, but I really am enjoying myself.

Every kids, young adults and even adults like myself have to read this and watch the movie atleast once in a life time. It's a beautiful tale with 'kindness' as its biggest moral value.
