I really wanted to like this more but the first half wasn't great. Just when it got interesting it ended. I hated the ending

So well written, emotional and thought provoking. It's definitely been added to my all time favourite reads.

"You do not know how fast you have been running, how hard you have been working, how truly exhausted you are, until somewhat stands behind you and says, “It’s OK, you can fall down now. I’ll catch you."

Absolutely stunning, I couldn't put it down. The plot is imaginative, tragically sad in parts but also fun and intriguing. I loved it.

"The great thing about this life of ours is that you can be someone different to everybody."

There are a few lovely moments and quotes I'll cherish from this book but overall, I found it quite predictable and I feel like it could of been better.

I really tried to enjoy this because I'm a such a sucker for a good cover and title, it's so whimsical, but it was poorly written and completely uneventful. It lacked throughout so I would never read again or recommend.
