This book is an emotional rollercoaster. Normally I would think that it's silly and annoying but right now I'm in the mood for silly and annoying teen-drama so I really liked it.
I decided to read it when I finished The Strain Trilogy and I craved something lighter after those books. :'D
At first I thought 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' is going to be boring and then it started to get interesting. And then I thought I was right at the first time and it's really going to be boring but then it turned out to be really interesting after all.
I didn't completely understand the characters' actions many times. Like, why does Lara Jean care this much about what other people think? I can relate to her in a way, though... It's hard when you think you feel something and after some time you have to realize you were wrong. That's sucks when even you don't know what you're feeling.
Basically I rooted for Josh but this Peter kid maybe isn't as bad as he seems.
I wasn't surprised at the end, I knew who send out the letters and why, it was so obvious!
By the way, I laughed out loud at several times.
I like the cover, it's really cute (but not in a quirky way!)
So.. 4.5 stars! Can't wait to read the sequel!

Before I started reading this, I had so much hope looking at the good ratings. I have to say, I'm quite disappointed.
I didn't rate this for only 1 star because I was mad about how things turned out. I rated this way because there wasn't really a plot twist, the whole thing is just so freakin' obvious from the very beginning. While I was reading I had the feeling that this book is fucking long, even though it's just 3-hundred-something pages. I had to face the sad fact that it's not long, I just had the impression because I was incredibly bored.
I didn't buy this thing...

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first book in the series - especially the second part of it, since I don't really like Ringer. But it still managed to get out of me some WTFs out loud so I guess it was all right after all.
I really needed that last chapter to have some sleep at nights until the third book is out. Can't wait to read it!

It's been a while since I last read something from Colleen and I missed her writing skills. :)
This story was able to hold my attention the whole time, I could react to the characters' actions, even though sometimes I rolled my eyes so intensively I was afraid they'd fall out.
All in all, I really liked it.
Thank you, Colleen, for writing it, and let us read it for free! :) xx
