I was given this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This book is for tweens. I'm very fond of the characters in this book. Miss Bella feels like the main charcter, she's a runty dog and it's great that the book gives her perspective on the world along with her human counterparts. Piper is a great feisty 6 year old girl who shows immense bravery and James is a young disabled teen who shows incredible resourcefulness.
As a fan of the game Fallout 4, this book felt like a middle-grade version of the game, lovely characters, loyal pets, and a mutated world. I'm excited for the series to continue as mysterious events occurred that need answers.
All in all definitely worth reading.
A portion of every digital and physical book sold will go to The Grand Appeal charity to support the neurosciences and neurorehabilitation wards at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children

Not into romance, but I do love good stories that involve romance. This had two of my favorite subjects Japan and found princess. Enjoyed it so much.

I loved this book. Will read again, but something was missing I just can't put my finger on it. I'll ponder and see if it hits me.

This book needed an editor and had a formatting issue, but that wasn't enough to make me stop reading this book because it was easy to read and easier still to completely identify with Heather.

There are some very good points in here. But with all things, I don't necessarily agree with all that is said within this book. It is still worth reading.
