Cruel Prince by Ashley Jade.

I honestly don’t write reviews but for this book, I will. I can honestly say I was hooked from the PROLOGUE. I had so many questions. I had so many hopes for them. My heart broke so much and they’ve gone through so many things. Aside from his book being heartbreakingly beautiful, this book also fit in some humor(which was amazing). One of my fave quotes ever is now “Their skirts are shorter than sex with my ex.” I couldn’t stop laughing for 5 minutes. I loved that the book raised awareness for suicide and that Jace’s mom is has won Indian so that’s amazing. I really loved the representation. This book deserves a spot on my favourites shelf along with books like Paper Princess, the EKC by Amo Jones and so many more amazing books. This book is unhealthily beautiful, making you read more and more and not stop but isn’t that the best kind of book?

Marist and Royce have amazing chemistry. It draws you into their relationship. I love how faced their situations together. Marist is really strong and I admire her. Royce is really caring and isn’t the usual dick and I loved that. I was a little uncomfortable in some scenes but it was essential to the plot and the whole storyline. The ending... excuse me what??? I’m literally about to jump into the next book because that fucking cliffhanger had me breaking down.

If anyone needs me I’ll be dead to the world for awhile because I’m literally binging this.

My hopes were literally so high after the first book but this was disappointing. Things happened I don’t understand why and I didn’t like it. Marist gave me whiplash and I’ve never wanted to hit a character more because of it.

I’m praying that the next book gets better because if it doesn’t... this’ll just be another series where I hoped for so much but got so little.

I was so annoyed and the only saving grace of this book was how I fell in love with Macalister. Thank God his book is out. If I get disappointed with that I’m literally gonna die.
