12 years ago at their college graduation party Emily goes missing and is found dead shortly after. Were her friends involved, do they know what happened to Emily or…
This is a great novel about college friends that meet up 12 years after graduation for an engagement party weekend. The location is a private island in Maine where they can park and take golf carts over to the island before the high tide.
The twists and turns never stop even going until the very end. A must read for mystery, thriller, suspense lovers.

Ashley goes missing after a Halloween party on a farm in a small town.
Laurie is destroyed after losing her best friend and roommate.
Nate tries to be there for her afterwards but it only tears their relationship far apart causing them to go their separate ways.
Seven years later, Laurie returns to town on business and only Nate can help her. He’s married now and Laurie is living with her famous actor boyfriend.
An unputdownable novel that has you diving in and having to know what happened in the past. Amazing read, for my first book by this author, I can’t wait to read more of her books.

All We Could Still Have by Diane Barnes

Nikki & Kyle are going through IVF hoping to go from a couple to a family of 3 or more. The novel touches on the very emotional issue of infertility. Nikki becomes obsessed partly due to the hormones with wanting to try again but the choices fracture their once-stable union. Now burdened with suspicion, resentment, and further grief, their little family is falling apart.
The secret past between family and friends only opens up suspicion and reveals how things could possibly lead to an unexpected future.
An overall great read with a lot to think about as you can become so emotionally involved with how to handle so much of life’s disappointments and reality.
Family, affairs, grief, financial strain, separation, love and trust.

Want to Know a Secret? by Freida McFadden
3.0
Wild, twisted drama between the lives of women of the local PTA.
Another great ending by Freida but this one will have you scratching your head with who, what and huh… I completely understand it after thinking a bit afterwards, just not one of my favorites for how things flipped over and around at 70% in.
I don’t give spoilers, you need to read and judge it for yourself. It’s worth the read if you love psychological thrillers like I do.

Beach House Romance by Cora Seton
5.0
Two sisters, who have to get through losing their parents, break-ups, financial distress, careers and find the love and happiness they’ve both put off trying for.
Suddenly, they receive mail informing them that they own their grandmother’s B N B Beach house and cliffside garden just 6 months after their father dies. Emma immediately decides there’s no way she’s selling the B N B her grandmother left her.
It’s so much fun, you just want to jump in and be at the beach, the cliffside garden, give Winston a hug and watch the romance take off. Such a delight to read about new chapters about getting through painful mistakes and learning to give to others to find purpose and how life can change when you let go and let it be..

The title is perfect but it’s not what you’ll discover. Psychological twists of relationships, friends, break-ups that will have you unable to put this down. I downed it in one sitting because it was too addicting to put down. A must read.

This sweet and airy book started a bit slow, and the plot was unclear. I expected something different from what the blurb shared, where these stories would be interwoven, but it failed to deliver for me.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher, for a copy of in return for my honest review.

Mystery, Murder, Affairs, all twisted in a fast paced page turner.
Three couple go on a remote vacation in the mountains only to get lost when the mini-vans battery dies 2 miles from the Inn. One by one they turn up dead while lost hiking to their destination.
For me personally I wished I skipped the Prologue. I was basing everything I was reading because of certain clues in the prologue that I wished wasn't shared.
Great ending, never saw it coming, Bravo Ms. McFadden! I love your books.
