My god this book had me crying.

I've never heard about CF before and I'm so glad this book exists because even though it might not be 100% accurate, the disease is real and it needs more awareness.

This book is about Stella and Will, they both have CF. It's dangerous for them to be near each other, especially for Stella since she still has a chance for a lung transplant and he doesn't.

But what happens if the one person you can't be with is actually the one making you feel alive?

I definitely loved this book, I'm always in for a cliché. It was the perfect book to get out of my reading slumber

The description of this book really spoke to me. It’s the typical steamy goodgirl-badboy romance novel.
It’s about Tabitha, a curvy woman who is a librarian and Brodie King who is the typical alpha male trying to be a pro boxer.
Honestly I didn’t love it. The thing that really annoyed me is that Tabitha has such a low self-esteem, she keeps putting herself down and it’s always the same ‘who would love a curvy girl like me?’. I think society really has changed in that point of view, I mean I get being insecure but it was just too much.
Also the characters were too superficial. You don’t know anything about Brodie except for his wish to be a pro boxer and that he is pretty dominant. Same goes for Tabitha, she’s a librarian and that’s all you get to know about her. I know this book is only 55 pages but why don’t you just make it longer and put some effort in creating your characters?
What I did like about this book was the sex scene, it was written really well. So if you’re reading it for the sex you’re in for a good time, if you want more than just sex then I wouldn’t recommend it to you.

Two crimes somehow linked together

I'm not going into much detail about the story itself as you can read that in the description.
This book spoke to me because of the summary and the cover and so I got an ARC to review.

Over all I didn't like the book as much as I hoped I would. Simply because of the writing style, this book is written in a sort of narrative's perspective and I personally find it difficult to get into it. I only got into it during the last few pages.
However I did like the story line, I liked the plottwists but the book itself was a very slow read for me.

But I do think this is a personal matter, so if you like reading books from that perspective and you're interested, you should read it.

To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this one.
Helena is a hard working shape shifter, trying to pay off her parents’ depts. Marrok is a will bound follower of Woodroe who’s an alpha involved in sex-trafficking and all sorts of stuff.
What happens when they meet?
So I think this is one of your typical cheesy stories, to be honest. I could see the plottwists coming (but maybe that’s just me). I liked the plot though, I’m in for some cheesiness.
What I liked less was that there was barely anything happening. If something happened it was solved immediately, there was no building up the tension or anything.
The writing is something else though. The writing style itself was good, that didn’t bother me but the mistakes did. There are quite a few spelling mistakes in this book and he/she mistakes which sometimes did bother me as I was not sure who was talking. Also sometimes it felt like there were parts missing because I didn’t understand what they were suddenly talking about.
Over all, I enjoyed it as an easy read. But I don’t think I’ll be (re)reading this or the next books if the action doesn’t change or the mistakes.

Oh my. Is it bad I want to reread it already?

This book follows the story of Tiffy and Leon. They share a flat (and a bed) but they never met.
They start to communicate through post-its. And I think this is so romantic because who doesn't love finding post-its to read?

In the beginning I was a bit sceptic because I didn't get the fuss. But all of a sudden my opinion changed and I just couldn't stop reading. This is such a romantic novel and I loved the humour in it.

I'll definetly read more books of this author if they're all this good!!

Definetly 4,5 stars.

This book discusses so many difficult subjects and does it so well!

It's about a small town where a black guy goes missing. The whole book is a letter from his girlfriend to him, talking about what happened since he went missing.

I think this book definitely deals with racism. How sometimes words we don't think are racist are actually not okay to say. How saying that you are not a racist because you have a black friend is completely not true.
Racism happens in many subtle ways as well.
This book made me think about my words and made me reflect on my opinions and how I stand against racism. Even better, how I will fight racism.

Be aware though because this book is a tragedy. I'm still overwhelmed by it. It has so many plot twists and it was a good mystery that had a lot of tension built!

This book goes on my list of recommendations.

I'm always in for a murder mystery. God this book had my heart beating.

Andie went missing 5 years ago and was never found again.
Sal Singh - her at the time boyfriend - is the main suspect of andie gone missing. Everyone believes he killed her, but before they can prove anything he commits suicide.
Pip a girl just a few years younger doesn't believe Sal did it so as a school project she starts investigating the case.

I LOVED it. Honestly. I'm a crime fanatic myself and god I tried to solve the case before the end of the book, but I was only half correct. That's the thing with these books, they have so many plottwists.

I swear to god everyone who loves mysteries and crime books please read this and you won't regret it. (altho most ppl have already read it cause I'm super duper slow)
