Really enjoyed this one. Learning the historical contexts of Black American myths, legends, and stories was really humbling.

This is the best way to end a trilogy and like a love triangle and like that epilogue had me bawling.

I really enjoyed the world in this one, and I think that's where this story is the strongest. The complex interconnections of tech and internet to humanity were incredible. However, I felt the plot and overall plot structure hard to follow. I really enjoyed the ending though.

THE GOOP. THE GAG. THE GALL.

I’m shook. Literally was not expecting to enjoy these but Jesus I’m obsessing over these. I did get a little /meh/ over some of the miscommunication tropes in this one but other than that, lord have mercy I’m obsessed.

After avoiding sooooo many spoilers and anything to do with this trilogy, and after telling myself I would never read anything by Cassie Clare again after the shitfuckery that was The Mortal Instruments………. I swooned.

Obsessed with this one. It’s like gay Criminal Minds and I cannot wait to see what happens in the second one because…… the title of the second one has me anxious as hell.

This was sexy and I was more interested in the relationship than the mystery because I felt that the conclusion was pulled out of left field. But, I enjoyed the romance and small-ish town feel of Blue Creek.

This is probably the hottest book I've read ever and now I need to quickly go read more m/m romance books (yes I know there was MMF here but now I need to read some MMM cause I want to make sure I know what my sexuality truly is XD)

Found this one a bit better than Neon Gods, both in the scope of the dark Olympus universe but also the character development. The fat rep in this is really strong, as is the spice. And boy when the spice hits it HITS. I also loved that Eros was listed as pansexual and went into a few of his past lovers. I would have maybe preferred a bit more depth to that aspect of his character to avoid the sense of tokenization, but I'm hoping with the third book in this series we'll see further development of LGBTQ+ identities.
