This book is beautiful, warm, and healing. It's about exploration and understanding and existence and tea and every single word held me warmly.

It's been a while since I sat down to read a book and couldn't put it down until I was finished. I stayed up until 2am to finish this one. 

Out of the Blue is fun, rom-com-esque romance all with a side of magic and merfolk??? Yeah, very fun! 

I always appreciate books that are casually queer and fun without drama

of course, there is drama, but it's not because the characters are queer, just because there's dumb teenage romance drama going on.
 

I also felt like it wasn't too predictable and I was totally surprised by one plot point which was refreshing and it really kept me enthralled and wanting to read more.

All in all, I loved this book!
