a little more weird than the first and definitely more graphic by a smidge. neither of those things are a mark against it, though as i had a ton of fun with this one. the mystery invit isn't too complicated but the big reveal is the small details you learn along the way. feels like a big "set up" for the books to come, hope they have a worth pay off

this book gives me hope for the future. it's not a perfect prediction but it shows some ways in which the world can be better that we can struve for, and that makes the darkness of the world just a little bit less.
