This was really sweet and moving. The portrayal of grief was handled so beautifully and balanced well with Lenny’s humor and antics. I think similar to Ready or Not, this book felt less like a romance and more watching the FMC cope with her new life, the romance feels more like a subplot. And as an avid spice reader, I think this should’ve been a closed-door. Lenny was a little cringy and it took me right out of it.

Incredibly informative and engrossing. The more money they earned, the more evil they became. While reading, I kept thinking of a joke I heard recently that goes something like “Idolizing billionaires is like thinking a stripper is actually into you.”

I had so much fun with this. Sure, you have to suspend your disbelief quite a bit and that epilogue had me screaming  but I loved it. The narrator was amazing too.

That was so dumb. Way too much going on, the pacing was terrible, it leaned way to heavily on the tropes and should’ve been 200 pages shorter.

Look, I am a sucker for angst so I ate this book up. It was moody, sometimes frustrating but ultimately really sweet.

I loved this. I felt like I was sitting in her fabulous Paris apartment while she told me all about her life. What an amazing woman.
