I love the story of the Titanic, but this just made my heart break and melt all at once. Fans of the movie (guilty) dont stand a chance. Itll catch them up in no time, just like it did to me.

I never know how to love this book, because it makes me so sad, but its impossible to hate it because its so beautiful. Not the ending I expected, but a fitting one for such a wonderful series.
The Serpent's Shadow by Rick Riordan

AWSOME! Twisted and unexpected, funny and fresh. Rick Riordan has done it again!

Of all the classic stories I've read, this is my favorite. Everythin is so colorful as you read, you think glittery wings and blooming flowers underneath twisting tree branches and looming shadows. It sounds real dumb and girly, but if you look at it a certain way, you can see the magic from the book in your own mind.
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

I found it very steady in story line and with good character views. The idea of placing the point of view in a six year old girl really changed a lot of the perspective you would have gotten if it had been in the third person or something. All in all, simple and good.
May Bird and the Ever After by Jodi Lynn Anderson

I first read this in the fifth grade and fell in love with it. I've read in countless times since then and know it practically by heart. It has the same flare even though the dark side of it has died slightly in the years. Jodi Anderson has a great eye for this kind of thing.

I never finished this book. I borrowed it from a friend and she needed it back. What I read was good, but it left me so confused that I couldnt enjoy it. I'll buy it one day and read the whole thing.

I devoured this book in one day-long sitting. My head is actually throbbing in aftershock.
Its style is similar to The Hollow in slow begining and sudden endings. I found I was happy that Abbey didn't have to be convinced she was not hallucinating about Caspian, Nickolas, and Katy. That process yould have beed tedious and bored me to no end, I'm sure. I loved the growing relationship between Abbey and Caspian, and broke into hystarical giggles more than once, I'm sorry to say. All I need is to read The Hidden and I shall be complete.
In a nutshell, beautiful and sweet, with the perfect amount of witty banter, anticipation, and suspence. Well done, Jessica, well done.
