My first book in this series. 3/5 of this book and like the first 200 pages are lowkey just exposition setting up characters. But the vampires are so damn weird and wacky and creepy (wtf Kuchisake).

This is a really cool world though, that I would like to explore more. If it wasn’t for this, I wouldn’t be rating this as high.

Felt a bit disjointed, and some are forgettable, but the good ones make you think. And it’s a fun read to see how someone from the 50s imagined our (2020s) near future.

A quick and easy read for people who are on the go and can only read for like 5 minutes at a time. That’s not the style of books I enjoy, but there’s nothing wrong with the book I just really don’t like it’s prose.

I do not understand how Miles solved it. However, this was an amazing story for his character.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.
DNF. I wasn’t feeling the writing and dialogue. Maybe if I read it physically I would’ve liked it more.

Maybe its cause this is the first self-help book I’ve read, but I found it pretty informative. Although writing a minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes for a complete beginner every day with no excuses seems a bit excessive. A lot of people just don’t have that time on their hands, especially someone who hasn’t even decided whether they wanna write a book or not (thus reading this book to figure out)

On paper the author and I are basically complete opposites, yet she makes her experiences of being in a wheelchair so relatable.

So well paced. Every single chapter left me aching to keep reading.

Was a but hard to read cause of the Old English but once I got the hang of it it was so much fun.
