Homeless and an outcast in his town, Matthew decides to offer himself up as tribute to the barbarians in the hopes that living amongst them would offer him a better life.
Things don’t quite go as planned though, when Matthew’s protector abandons him after learning that he doesn’t speak. Up steps Einar, the clan recluse, who treats Matthew with unexpected kindness.
Despite his rough and gruff exterior, Einar was a total softy for Matthew and it was so stinking adorable! I loved how patient and kind he was with Matthew, and never pressured him to be anything other than himself.

A hilariously mortifying singing telegram mix-up (and several run ins in the most unexpected places after) lead to love for Lex and Garrison in this adorable novella.
I wish this had been full length! Their meet cute was hilarious, and I loved that they kept running into each other, and how well they clicked. Plus the steam wasn’t half bad either 😉

When a plumbing mishap spoils D&D night with his friends, Myles’s best friend suggests he use the Findr dating app to find someone to come clear his pipes—and not in a fun way.
After a couple dick pics and several horny messages later, Myles stumbles upon Brandon who is down to come to his rescue. He makes quick work of Myles’s clogged pipes and leaves the ball in Myles’s court to hit him up sometime for plumbing or otherwise, only Myles chickens out.
Unfortunately for poor Myles, he and Brandon meet again under very different circumstances, and despite some major embarrassment on Myles’s part involving a costume, the pair hit it off.
I love Dahlia Springs and was so happy to be back with Myles and Brandon’s story! Myles was so nerdy and adorable, and I loved how accepting and sweet Brandon was. They were just too precious together and I wanted more!

CW: mentions of a loved one passing from AIDS, mentions of a loved one passing from cancer, side character with cancer, mentions of chemotherapy/oncology nursing,
After uncovering one of his late uncle’s half finished crochet projects while helping his mother, Heath decides he wants to finish what his uncle started. Only he knows next to nothing about crocheting!
A quick google search later and Heath stumbles across Patchwork Projects, an organization that’s pairs skilled crafters with people like himself who want to complete their loved one’s unfinished projects.
Soon Heath finds himself paired with Ben, an oncology nurse, and sparks fly as the pair connect over his uncle’s project.
Any story set in or around Dahlia Springs is going to be an instant hit for me, and I loved this so much! Heath and Ben were so stinking cute, and their story hit me pretty hard in the feels.

Out with friends for Pride, Pablo decides to shoot his shot by leaving his number for their cute waiter. Only after the waiter hits him up, Pablo learns it’s a case of mistaken identity and the waiter thought he was texting his friend.
Seconds from putting the douche in his place, Pablo receives a text from the waiter’s roommate Sean apologizing and offering his number. Pablo figures why not, and instantly hits it off with Sean.
This was super cute, but not my favorite.

I really wanted to love this one yall, but unfortunately, it was just more miss than hit for me.
I was incredibly lucky to get the chance to arc read The Wrong Kind of Perfect, and was drawn to this because of several of the tropes being some of my favorites (single dad, forbidden romance), I just struggled to stay connected and invested in Natalie's story.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧:
- slow burn romance
- second chance at love
- single parent
- forbidden
- familial drama

Mike and Theo’s story is super sweet, but nothing spectacular.
While I thought it was very cute that these two secretly crushed hard on each other in high school and eventually reconnected years later, I wanted more out of their relationship. It felt like they went from 0 to 100% without really getting to know one another.
What to expect:
- football player + pastry chef
- secret high school crush
- sports, obvi
- second chance (sorta)
- size difference
- found family
- hurt x comfort, ish
- mutual pining

Interesting take on ABO. Super sweet & spicy, with a dash of drama to keep it interesting.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- omegaverse
- professor + student
- age gap
- heats, nesting, 🪢ing
- accidental pregnancy
- fated mates

Lane & Derrick have been married and running a company together for the last 40 years. With Lane’s heats becoming irregular, the pair decided to retire. Only their sons aren’t so happy about the decision.

Every month Knotlocke Academy holds an alpha auction, and this month Avery's new stepbrother and crush, Declan, is up for bid and he's determined to win him. Little does he know that Declan feels the same way, and their dinner date brings the chemistry between them to light.
Knot Stepping Down was super short, sweet, and steamy! I will say the 'forbidden' aspect of this made no sense since they're literally not related and didn't grow up together, but I still had a good time lol
