Things of note:
- This was murdery and gorey but less than I was expecting.
- It was surprisingly funny and more romantic than I had imagined.
- The audiobook was a duet narration with Joe Arden and Lucy Rivers and absolutely AMAZING.
- This is the first book in a trilogy where each book follows one of three brothers.
- I have already pre-ordered Leather & Lark and let me tell you, June can't get here fast enough.

Part of Your World is an adult age gap opposites attract romcom that touches on the trauma of emotionally and physically abusive relationships.

Alexis is an ER doctor with a family legacy of world-renowned surgeons that doesn't know how to peel potatoes. Daniel is a young tattooed carpenter raised in a small town unafraid to get his hands dirty. When sparks start flying everywhere Alexis has an incredibly difficult time trying to figure out how she'll bring Daniel into her world where no one will accept him.

I loved this so much that after I finished I read it again. Abby Jimenez writes comedy gold. There were so many laugh out loud moments.
The whole dick pic chapter? HIL. AR. I. OUS.

The magic of the town, the fairy tale elements, the animals and their names! OMG all of it was wonderful and provided levity to the heavier themes in the book.

I can not wait to read the follow up companion, Yours Truly.

The audiobook for this was read by Julia Whelan and Zachary Webber. SO GOOD!

Think You've Got Mail - Valentine's Day Edition and it's easy to imagine this short romcom's plot.

Told largely through emails, and alternating perspectives, [email protected] accidentally emails [email protected] on valentine's day and thus begins their tradition.

I loved the banter and mystery the characters tried to maintain while still living their lives and slowly falling for each other.

It definitely made me want to pick up another Christina Lauren book.

The audiobook narrators did a great job too!
