The Fall by Devon C. Ford

This book was okay. I have been in a dystopian and post apocalyptic books recently and this one was good. I am going to be reading the second book if that tells you anything.

I enjoyed this book. It was sweet and cute and funny. I thought it was adorable. Kinda Dexter-ish. I recommend this so much. I will be reading the second book when it comes out! 

The Reappearance of Rachel Price by Holly Jackson

I thought this book was really good! It was well written and the story itself what amazing. The plot twists were intense and frequent, it kept me at the edge of my seat. If you are a fan of other Holly Jackson books, you will enjoy this one. 

The Day After Oblivion by Tim Washburn

My biggest critique is that every woman killed was also raped??? I mean yes that will happen but ever single woman?? Including the teenage girl??? For that reason alone I will never recommend this book. The rest of this book pales in comparison to the horrible raping. I cannot get the phrase “blood soaked the ground under her vagina” out of my head because of course a man is going to write about raping and murdering women. 

My Perfect Daughter by Sarah A. Denzil

This book was pretty good!! I really enjoyed it. There were so many twists and I still don’t know who I think did everything. I believe Maddie (I listened to the audiobook so I’m unsure how it’s spelled) definitely is a psychopath. I would recommend this book to everyone.

I really enjoyed the Lovesickness stories. I enjoyed this manga overall. The illustrations are great. 

orange: The Complete Collection 1 by Ichigo Takano

This manga was pretty good! As someone who has dealt with suicide, this manga goes about discussing it in a very sensitive and respectful manner. Overall, I really enjoyed this and i’m going to continue to read this series. 

The Liminal Zone by Junji Ito

OMG?? I loved this. The illustrations were amazing, the stories were amazing, it was everything. I would read this if you’re into horror, otherwise I would say it would probably not be your cup of tea. Overall, I already bought a second collection of this authors stories so I’m going to read that now because the writing and illustrations are so good. 

She Drives Me Crazy by Kelly Quindlen

This book would have made teenage me swoon, as a lesbian! As an adult, I found this book adorable and just a nice, sweet read. I love that it is a queer romance and that it deals with real life issues. I think it wouldn’t hurt to read this book. 

Zombies on the Block by Mike Evans

The best I can say about this book is that it was just fine. It wasn’t compelling either way. I don’t know, maybe read it? It’s not the worst thing you’ll read.
