It was so interesting reading about country music and life on the road. I was swooning so hard by the end of this book!

An amazing debut! I had the pleasure of reading an earlier version and it was the gothic romance I didn't know I needed. Lyndall's prose are exquisite and lure you in to keep reading more. I can't recommend this book enough for fans of Crimson Peak, gothic romance and fantastic storytelling.

And now I get to read a newer version!

Amazing! I loved this book.

Amazing! One of the best stories I've read this year. I didn't expect to love it as much as I did and I'm so happy I picked this one up.

A phenomenal debut. Every chapter, page, and line had me questioning and considering and I loved it for doing so.

Super helpful, but also terrifying even as a plotter! I'm definitely going to use some of the tips given going forward.

THIS BOOK! Oh man. I was given the utmost honour of reading an early draft of this 2022 YA fantasy and let me tell you, it has everything I love in a YA fantasy and more! I didn't know what to expect going into this story, so I won't give too much away. HOWEVER if you're ready for the next big thing in two years, add this book to your TBR because it's completely worth it. I already miss Alessa & Dante so much. Their relationship, their hilarious banter, the sexy tension between them, Alessa's confidence in her sexuality, EVERYTHING about them is goals. Plus an Amalfi-inspired Coast setting? It truly is here to blow your socks off. I can't wait to get my hands on the sequel and see what the designers have in store for the cover! I know this story will have a dedicated fanbase for years to come.
