I loved this so much. It really felt like enemies to lovers and was a good slow burn. The aliens were fantastic and the plot was pretty cool. The relationship felt authentic.

This one was a slow start. Then it picked up, and I couldn’t put it down. I love that Eli didn’t change Rue. Side characters - Tiny, Tisha, Mya, Minami - were top notch.

Fan-freaking-tastic. No notes. It hurt to read in the best way. And all the Cambric creek cameos? 10/10

I'm a sucker for authentic witchy vibes and this has it. I love the Holt/Ladybug/Anzan dynamic and the real good life lessons tucked away in the pages of this paranormal romance. Also, the way Cambric Creek's players are coming together - eeee!

More tension than the first. There were a few more pages I wanted like
I wanted to read about her returning to the above world with Attie, not be told about it by Lt Shane
and
I wanted a better reason for Enva's absence all this time.
BUT, it was still absolutely magical and I loved it. I will recommend to others.
