Hi, author here!
This was a labor of love. This was therapy (no, really, my therapist suggested it).
So many of the stories were written with fervor or in a haze so blinding, when I went through my first round of edits, I barely remembered writing them. It's gone through rearranging, tinkering, and changes I've put it through as I molded it into something I would love.
I'm sure there are still a few errors, but that's simply because I could not edit this like I edit my novels. I couldn't have multiple people help me go through this and read it, look for commas or words in the wrong order. This was not meant for anyone's eyes but mine. When I decided to share it, I wanted to be true to the goal of it: to shake the stories from my head. That meant letting them be whatever they were. I had to step away from them earlier than my other work because that was the point—to let the stories go, move forward and onto the bigger stories I wanted to tell.
